We are in charge of investigation of a key neural circuit for cognitive impairment in very early stage of Alzheimer’s disease. We are planning to establish methods for a high-resolution brain morphometry and analysis of resting state functional MRI and diffusion tensor or kurtosis data in patients with mild cognitive impairment due to Alzheimer’s disease (AD) and preclinical AD diagnosed by amyloid PET. Then a key neural circuit is identified by obtained structural and functional MRI combining a biomarker by numerous modality data.
