We will clarify the pathological changes in neuronal circuits caused by genetic risk factors for Alzheimer disease (AD) and molecular mechanisms of tau pathology spreading using model mouse. In addition,we will identify the damaged neuronal circuits in brains of MCI due to AD/preclinical AD, and compare with those in mouse and common marmoset models. Final aim of our research is identification of key neuronal circuit that is damaged in very early AD brains.
