We aim to reveal altered brain networks in adult high-functioning autism spectrum disorder (ASD) by adopting multimodal MRI methods of structural MRI,diffusion tensor imaging (DTI),and functional MRI. Specifically, we focus on functional brain networks in the fronto-temporal cortex, and seek to develop cross-species translatable functional measures of auditory and voice processing through collaboration with primate research groups.
