This study aims to develop a highly scalable, large-volume imaging system optimized for the marmoset brain, which enables whole-brain imaging at micron resolutions simultaneously with high-magnification imaging in automatically determined regions of interest. This system is expected to contribute to establishing structural and functional maps of the non-human primate brain and elucidating the neural circuit functions through complementing technologies based on two-photon microscopy and tissue-clearing.
