Multidisciplinary analyses of neuronal circuits and structures to understand marmoset brain functions

Our group will analyze marmoset brain functions using the following multidimensional approaches and share the techniques and data obtained with other groups. (1) Recording neuronal activity form marmoset brain under awake conditions; (2) Functional brain mapping by electrical stimulation and neuronal recording; (3) Anatomical analyses of cortico-cortical and cortico-subcortical connections; (4) Electrophysiological analyses; (5) Development of virus vectors optimal for marmosets; (6) Observation of brain functions using a two-photon microscope.
